This is a secure online system which can only be accessed by our employees. 'mybenefits' provides a facility that gives a better understanding of the benefits each employee is entitled to and the value of these benefits through “Total Reward Statements”. Each employee also has access to mydiscountclub which is a site offering discounts on many every day items such as holidays, CD’s, gift vouchers etc. It also provides a number of interactive tools which can be used to create different retirement planning scenarios based on levels of pension contributions.
