Paul became Managing Partner at FSI in October 2006 but is still practising law at least 50% of his time. Paul has been advising on corporate transactions for the past 20+ years and therefore has significant deal making and corporate finance experience. Paul advises businesses from a range of backgrounds but has particular expertise in relation to the retail and leisure sector.
