Natalie  Holland

Trainee Solicitor

BEFORE FSI

Natalie qualified from Bristol University with a degree in Law in 2003. She spent a year working and travelling in Australia, New Zealand and Mexico before commencing the LPC at Birmingham College of Law in September 2004.

After completing the LPC, Natalie worked as a Paralegal for six months gaining experience in commercial, employment and litigation practice areas. She then travelled for a further 5 and a half months in South East Asia, South America and Australia where she worked for various organisations including the Chamber of Commerce.

Natalie joined FSI as a trainee in September 2006.

SEATS COMPLETED

Corporate department

Natalie spent her first seat in the Corporate department where she was involved with several share purchase acquisitions, shareholder agreements, share buybacks, joint venture agreement and company re-organisations. She has also been involved in several AIM transactions.

Property department

Natalie has recently joined the Property Department.

Recent Work
  • Natalie worked in the team that acted for Astek Group Plc on its acquisition of Astek Innovations Limited and its admission to AIM. Astek is a market leader in dental product design, development and manufacture
  • She was also involved in Jelf Group Plc’s acquisition of SPS Wellbeing Limited
Recent Articles/Speaking Engagements

Natalie is part of the team which is providing corporate updates to clients in relation to the Companies Act 2006.

Whilst in the Corporate department she and fellow trainee Jonathan Warren, circulated a monthly corporate update on key developments in the commercial and corporate arenas.

Random Fact
Natalie enjoys travelling, socialising and theatre.
