His client base includes private companies, high net worth individuals, family trusts, high street banks and mezzanine lenders.

- Advising on the acquisition of a metal recycling business
- Advising Associated British Ports on various matters including the sale of a brownfield site for residential scheme and the grant of pipeline easement for major gas storage infrastructure project
- Acting for various high street lenders on investment and development funding transactions
- Advising on a tripartite promotion arrangement in relation to a 600 acre strategic site
- Advising on a £60M brownfield development site acquisition
