Jonathan completed his training contract with FSI in September 2008. He qualified in to the firm’s Property Department where he undertakes a wide range of commercial property work.
The majority of Jonathan’s work is focused on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, but he also assists with a broad range of other Landlord and Tenant transactions.
Jonathan’s training also incorporated work within the firm’s Property Dispute Resolution Group and he continues to assist with matters regarding breaches of lease terms, recovery of rent arrears and other contentious issues relating to commercial and residential property.
Random Fact
Jonathan’s proudest sporting moment came when he was 7 years old - he continues to try and recapture the glory days.
