Jonathan graduated with a degree in law from Kings College, London in 2006. He went on to complete his LPC at BPP Law School, Holborn and chose electives in Advanced Commercial Property, Advanced Commercial Litigation and Employment Law. Before going to University, Jonathan travelled extensively around Australia.
SEATS COMPLETED
Jonathan’s first seat was in the Corporate Department where he gained experience of a wide variety of corporate transactions including several Share Purchase Acquisitions, acting for both vendor and purchaser, AIM Placings, Shareholders Agreements and a Private Placing Memorandum. He also assisted with the firm’s Finance practice acting for both banks and borrowers with the provision of finance for various projects.
Jonathan has just begun is second seat in the Commercial Property Department.
