Howard has vast experience in dealing with complex commercial disputes. He has acted in more than thirty reported cases, some of which have been in the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords.
His clients include major household names and he also acts on behalf of many Universities and Higher Education Institutions throughout the country.
Recent Work
- Acting for a party in multi million pound litigation with proceedings in three different jurisdictions
- Acting on behalf of Higher Education Institutions to have restrictive covenants, which limit the use of their campus property, discharged or modified
- Successfully defended a non-executive director in Director Disqualification proceedings instituted by the DTI
- Dealing with a multi million pound claim against a developer arising out of alleged defects to a number of blocks of flats

Howard describes himself as a keep-fit enthusiast. He has run the London Marathon and enjoys watching football as a supporter of West Ham.
