Guy Morley

BEFORE FSI

Guy studied Hispanic Studies at King's College, London before completing the GDL and LPC at BPP Law School in London. 
After completing the LPC, Guy travelled widely and spent three months in Belize carrying out voluntary work assisting a prominent human rights lawyer.
Guy joined FSI as a trainee in September 2007.

SEATS COMPLETED

Guy has completed his first seat in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Department where he assisted on a wide variety of commercial disputes and gained extensive experience of court proceedings as well as alternative dispute resolution. During his six months in the Department, Guy assisted the team acting in a landmark case challenging a restraint order obtained under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and was part of the team dealing with a multimillion pound claim against a developer arising out of alleged defects to a number of flats.

Guy is currently in his second seat in the Commercial Property Department where he is dealing with a variety of transactional and non-transactional work, predominantly in the retail and leisure sector.
Random Fact
Guy is a keen surfer, snowboarder and enjoys Mexican cinema.
