Partner: Property, Commercial Development and Compulsory Purchase

Chris specialises in commercial property working in all key areas.  He is best known for leading the FSI Olympic group which acts for more than 100 businesses currently located within the proposed site for the 2012 London Olympics. 

Chris and his team are at the heart of the largest Compulsory Purchase Order to date and are establishing themselves as leading experts in this area.  Chris is also a member of the Compulsory Purchase Association.

• Advising X Leisure on the aquisition of Cardigan Fields, the leisure complex in Leeds, from British Land 
• Advising on a multi-million pound Casino development in Wales and major hotel development in central London
• Advising on the relocation of the businesses affected by the Olympic proposals and their compensation claims
• Advising a number of individual developers, leisure operators and retail clients servicing their ongoing commercial property requirements
