Caroline Loving

Caroline studied Mathematics at Durham University and graduated in 2004. She then worked as a volunteer for the Citizens Advice Bureau while completing a Master of Science degree in Bioinformatics at Manchester University.
From 2005 until 2007 Caroline studied for her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course qualifications at the College of Law.
Caroline joined FSI as a trainee in September 2007.
SEATS COMPLETED
Caroline has completed her first seat in the development group of the property department where she worked on a range of matters including residential sales and negotiating commercial leases. She assisted on construction projects and was actively involved in various planning matters including appeals, objections and negotiating s.106 agreements.
Caroline has concluded her second seat in the company commercial department, where she gained experience on a wide variety of corporate transactions including several share purchase acquisitions, acting for both vendor and purchaser and preparation of commercial contracts such as terms and conditions of business and shareholder agreements.
She is now in her third seat in the Employment department.
Recent Work
- Part of the team advising on the sale of UK-based Essential Lighting Group Limited to Australian publicly listed Staging Connections Group
- Assisting the development team on construction and planning projects including assisting with a successful adjudication on behalf of a Further Education College against a contractor and working on a successful planning appeal to enable the construction of over 100 residential units
Random Fact
Caroline enjoys travelling and has lived in Spain and Holland. After a recent trip to Japan she has developed a love of Japanese food. She also enjoys going to gigs and the theatre.
