Caroline Kelly

Caroline studied English Literature at Clare College, Cambridge before completing post-graduate work in psychology at London Guildhall University.
She went on to spend five years working for Universal Studios in London helping to manage the operations function for the international film studio.
She gained her GDL and LPC qualifications at BPP Law School in London, completing these in June 2007.
Caroline joined FSI as a trainee in September 2007.
SEATS COMPLETED
Caroline has completed her first seat in the commercial property department, where she sat with the investment team.
Now she is in the private client department, assisting with trust, probate and charity matters.
Recent Work
- Recent work includes assisting on the Littlewoods Reality Project, supporting the sale of a mixed site in Leeds, as well as various leases, licences, agreements and post-completion matters for both commercial and residential clients.

Caroline has a particular, and enduring passion for cheese.
