- Advising AIM listed Interactive World plc on the tax aspects of its circa £50 million conditional acquisition of Sport Newspapers Limited from David Sullivan, David Gold and Ralph Gold.
- Part of the team advising Tragus on their agreement to operate their existing restaurant brands within Center Parcs holiday village
- Advising shareholders of Blues Clothing on the management buy-out of the company
- Advising AIM listed Jelf Group Plc on complicated tax structures concerning its acquisition of SPS Wellbeing Ltd for up to £10 million, a market leading specialist healthcare and group risk intermediary, and putting into place a Long Term Incentive Plan
- Advising the management of Conran Restaurants on a buy-out of the restaurant business
- Advising a well known entertainer on tax residence issues in the United Kingdom
- Advising Ellerman on its £125 million acquisition of Victoria Plaza and subsequent lettings, including VAT and SDLT structuring
- Advising BCD Travel (UK) Limited on its acquisition of an Irish travel Agency, Tommy Tobin Travel Limited
