Solicitor: PropertyAmrita has experience in a wide range of commercial transactions ranging from acting in high value acquisitions and disposals of individual properties and portfolios to refinancing of commercial premises whilst dealing with general estate management for clients in respect of retail and leisure, office, industrial, investment and other commercial premises.
Since joining FSI, Amrita has acted for and advised both landlords and tenants in respect of their retail, leisure and office premises and currently works within the Investment Team acting for private property companies and entrepreneurs on their investment portfolios.

- Acting for a private investment property company on the refinancing of commercial premises consisting of mixed use units within a parade of shops and offices in Bedfordshire
- Dealing with the property elements of a share acquisition of a trading company whose assets include leasehold commercial premises
- Acting for a port authority on the sale of land for redevelopment purposes
- Acting for a leisure operator on the negotiation of access agreements and easements relating to the construction of a footbridge across the River Wensum, Norwich
- Assisting in the sale of a shopping precinct in Stevenage for £7.5 million subject to mixed use tenancies
- Acting for a film distribution company and a clothing retail company on their respective acquisitions of new head office premises
- Acting for investment property companies on the lettings of office and warehouse units
