Adrian Stearman

Adrian graduated from the University of Surrey with a first in Philosophy and History in 2003 and completed his law examinations at the College of Law in Guildford.
Prior to this Adrian was a Personal Account Manager for a well known high street bank and before that worked in residential estate agency.
Adrian joined FSI as a trainee in September 2006.

Property
Adrian has had the benefit of working within both the Retail & Leisure and Investment teams whilst in his property seat and was involved in a wide variety of work for both landlord and tenant and investment clients of the firm.
Corporate
Adrian assisted in wide variety of corporate transactions including AIM admission for private companies, share purchase acquisitions, facility agreements, commercial contracts and confidentiality agreements.
Family
Adrian’s 3rd seat in the Family Department involved assisting on complex international child abduction matters under the Hague Convention, ancillary relief applications, Children Act applications for residence and contact, divorce petitions, pre-nuptial and co-habitation agreements.
Recent Work
Adrian is currently in the Commercial Litigation Department as his final seat and is assisting with various matters including acting for clients with professional negligence claims.
Recent Articles/Speaking Engagements
Adrian contributed to an issue of Soundbite - the Property department’s bi-monthly publication with an article concerning a Landlord & Tenant Court of Appeal case.
Random Fact
Adrian lives in Guildford and enjoys the countryside and outdoor pursuits, especially running and walking. He hopes to lead an FSI team on the London to Brighton bike ride this year.
