Cardigans are this season's must have... FSI advise X-Leisure on their latest leisure park acquisition

FSI have just advised X-Leisure, the fastest growing premier leisure brand, on the acquisition of Cardigan Fields, the leisure complex in Leeds from British Land.

FSI have already advised X-Leisure on numerous acquisitions and disposals including the purchase of Cambridge Leisure, and the property aspects of the sale of Star City in Birmingham, a deal totalling £85.5 million.  This new £39.5 million acquisition is an important addition to their portfolio of 22 entertainment and leisure destinations situated throughout the UK.

Stephen Lewis, FSI partner said:
"We were delighted to work with X-Leisure again and play a part in their continued expansion.  Given our knowledge of this sector and understanding of X-Leisure's needs the team were able to provide a fast and effective service."
