Trainee Recruitment
Your training contract represents perhaps the two most crucial years in your new career, so at FSI we take your training very seriously indeed. It’s a vital, formative time, during which we believe the methods by which you are taught are just as important as what you learn. Here, you'll find we're ideally organised to guide you as quickly as possible through the transition from inexperienced student to practised professional. Encouraging your individual talents every step of the way, we'll ensure that you will emerge confidently from your training contract, conversant with all the complex aspects of what it means to be in professional practice today.

FSI is divided into eight core departments: Corporate, Property, IP Media, Dispute Resolution, Family, Private Client, Personal Injury and Employment. Our clients include high profile individuals, SMEs and large international conglomerates. So, although there is a strong commercial element to our business, we deal with a significant proportion of our clientele on a genuinely personal level. We have a strong emphasis on our international connections, belonging to Meritas, an international legal alliance, as well as acting for many international clients.
The firm is proud of its ability to offer a range of services to meet its clients' needs. We don't mind if you have a focus already on the kind of work you are interested in doing in your career, but we aim to turn out well-rounded lawyers who qualify with legal knowledge in a whole range of legal fields. That way you can make an informed choice.
