Our residential development practice comprises a number of our partners and other senior lawyers with vast experience advising developers, investors and agents and landlords in relation to residential and mixed-use developments of all shapes and sizes.

  • acquisition of an old convent for residential development site of an old convent for £9m
  • a mixed use development worth £20m
  • a 300 unit development worth £35m
  • estate set up of a significant central London residential development with a developed value of over £100m and an exclusive development in Belgavia with a developed value of over £80m
  • dealing with a large development at Canary Wharf of luxury penthouses
  • advising S E Land and Estates Limited on various investments acquisitions and disposals including sites residential development
  • advising Residential Land Limited on its investment purchase by way of long lease of mixed commercial and residential premises at 59/60 Grosvenor Street London W1 in the sum of £23.4m
  • advising on enforced relocation and subsequent compensation claims following compulsory purchase orders due to the Olympic site development in East London
  • Giving planning and environmental advice to Shaun Elliott on the acquisition of a £3.5 million site in Aylesford, Kent for mixed use with long term residence consent
  • Concluding a number of S106 Agreements for major mixed used schemes in the Thames Gateway
  • Acting for University of East London on various construction projects, including Student Residencies Buildings at Docklands and the Stratford campus School of Education
  • Advising Residential Land Limited on its investment purchase by way of long lease of mixed commercial and residential premises at 59/60 Grosvenor Street London W1 in the sum of £23.4m
  • Advising Walworth Road Limited on their acquisition of 237 Walworth Road and site assembly of adjacent properties for proposed mixed commercial and residential use scheme
  • Advising S E Land and Estates Limited on various investments acquisitions and disposals including sites for mixed commercial and residential development
  • Dealing with a multi million pound claim against a developer arising out of alleged defects to a number of blocks of flats
