  • reputation built on work related to the CPO (Compulsory Purchase Order) and relocation of businesses at the 2012 Olympic site
  • advocacy before planning authorities regarding regeneration schemes

RECENT EXPERIENCE ADVISING:

  • 100+ businesses in the Olympic relocation/regeneration zone
  • Ashcroft Estates Plc and their partners in the project, Guildhouse Developments Ltd, on the redevelopment project of the old market area in Barnsley. The project will provide 475,000 sq ft of retail and leisure accommodation and will be focused around a new and vibrant market hall
  • on Compulsory Purchase procedures for East Cambridgeshire District Council - drafting all documentation and managing the process
  • on complex s106 agreement for mixed use schemes in the Thames Gateway, for example schemes involving 2000 new homes, retail, commercial, hotel, transport infrastructure, affordable housing, education, healthcare, low emission zones and many other matters
