  • Kookai when Chloe brought a claim against them for the alleged design right infringement of a certain handbag model
  • Brooks Brothers on the acquisition of a prime retail site for their flagship store on Regent Street
  • Lloyds Shoes in a trademark dispute with Adidas concerning the classic ‘three stripes’
  • Base London in a claim concerning UK and EU alleged design right infringements of various models of shoes
  • on the acquisition of premises for Cartier at the prestigious Royal Exchange, located in the heart of the City
  • Spanish fashion retailer, Desigual, on the acquisition of their first unit in the UK. The premises, on Regent Street, will be their flagship store
  • on a copyright infringement dispute between French fashion retailer Nitya and Windsmoor
