RECENT EXPERIENCE ADVISING:

  • CBRE Investors in a £3million dispute concerning a property in Swindon
  • Littlewoods in relation to a dispute as to repairing obligations regarding a premises in Blackpool
  • the tenant of a ladies clothing retailer in connection with a claim by their landlord for possession of shop premises in Darlington on grounds of redevelopment of a shopping centre
  • Residential Landlord on a challenge in the High Court to the decision of an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate on the legality of enforcement notices served by a London Council in respect of two residential flats. The High Court granted permission to appeal. Terms for the withdrawal of the enforcement notices have now been agreed with the Council
