• Clients we work together for include X-Leisure (the UK’s largest leisure fund), Pizza Hut, Monsoon, Zenith, Fairview Homes, Clydesdale Bank, Sonic Rail, the University of East London (UEL), Havering College and Tragus (owners of Café Rouge, Bella Italia and Strada restaurants)
• Impressive track record - the team have advised the University of East London on a development programme in excess of £70m (build costs) and over 100 of the businesses affected by the compulsory purchase of land in East London by the London Development Agency, following London’s successful bid for the 2012 Olympic games

• Aspers Casino in relation to the fit out of their new casino in Northampton
• Albon Engineering in the preparation of a building contract for a factory development in Serbia
• UEL on construction issues relating to the Stratford School of Education
• Advising two developers in relation to new Travelodge hotels in the west of England
• Concession agreement for restaurant outlets at Center Parcs locations
• Successful adjudication action by a further education college against a contractor in relation to negligent design
• Construction contract for the refurbishment and extension of the Jewish Museum in north London
• Development of a bespoke suite of construction documents for Pizza Hut's 'self build' programme
• Advised contractor on electrical works contracts with Network Rail at Farringdon and Herne Hill
