FSI’s IP & Media team is made up of six partners and three lawyers. The department specialises in all aspects of Intellectual Property and Media work including agency and publishing agreements, brand and rights protection, copyright infringement, design rights, cultural property, drafting contracts and terms of business, electronic rights, freedom of expression/obscenity, intellectual property rights, libel reading/defamation, literary estates, negotiations and publishing and royalty disputes.
