  • a US fund manager of great wealth, living in Hong Kong, who wants a post-nuptial agreement enforceable worldwide in relation to substantial funds put into a Jersey Trust for his wife and children 
  • a senior executive at a multi-national company in relation to divorce proceedings.  The case has included complex investigations including 3 injunctions and proceedings in Australia as well as England
  • one of the parties in a civil partnership who is seeking, in one of the first cases of its kind, to adopt the two children of his partner
  • advising on a high profile child abduction case involving Russian parents
