Sara undertakes M&A work for a wide range of private and AIM-listed companies, with a focus on the retail, leisure and media sectors, and she co-leads the FSI hotels group. She is experienced in acting with owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs, and advises on management buy-in/out, joint-ventures and shareholder agreements. She also advises on AIM admission and corporate fundraising, acting for issuers, nominated advisers and brokers.
Sara is recommended by The Legal 500 2008 for her work on M&A deals.
