Philip specialises in all aspects of commercial property with particular expertise in the hotel and restaurant sector. He also has expertise in landlord and tenant work. He advises on purchase letting management and property transactions, and oversees all the transactions and lettings. His clients include pension funds, hotel groups and cinema chains as well as public companies, property investors and accountants.

Philip has a working knowledge of French and Spanish.
