Peter specialises in corporate finance and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial work He has a particular reputation for advising growing, owner-managed businesses, through their various stages of development.

His expertise covers acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses, and finance, including debt and venture capital. His close involvement with his clients has given him a broad experience of all kinds of commercial contracts, particularly on structuring arrangements such as joint ventures and shareholders agreements

His client base covers businesses of all sizes and in a wide range of sectors, but with a particular emphasis on entrepreneurs, large and small.

Peter also has expertise in the structuring and establishment of Collective Investment Schemes and other financial services sector vehicles.

Random Fact

One of Peter's principal personal interests is the world of classical music. He is a trustee of the Estate of the composer Benjamin Britten and has become closely involved professionally and personally in both the charitable and business activities of that organisation and bodies associated with it. He is a Freeman of the City of London, and Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Musicians.  He also confesses a long-standing support for the Harlequins rugby union team.
