Solicitor: Commercial Dispute Resolution

Natalie qualified as a solicitor in September 2008 after completing her training contract at FSI.

Natalie has worked in the High Court and County Court on a range of general commercial disputes and has advised clients in relation to contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, general debt recovery and insolvency matters.

During her training contract Natalie spent six months in the IP/Media Department and continues to work on a variety of contentious intellectual property matters including claims for breach of copyright.  She has also worked on several Privy Council Appeals.
