Michael specialises in commercial property, with particular current emphasis as a key member of the FSI Olympic Team dealing with enforced business relocation prior to the Olympic Games 2012. His many years experience extends to all aspects of commercial property, focussing on development and construction, as well as investment, retail, leisure and secured lending, and advising on landlord and tenant issues and property management generally.

• Advising over 50 businesses and investors on the impact of the London Olympic Games 2012
• Advising on the purchase of a freehold factory in course of construction for owner/occupier on brownfield site
• Acquiring freehold industrial premises built without any approvals, and regularising breaches of planning and buildings regulations control
• Advising on the letting of a West End office building to solicitors
• Advising a time-share operator on distribution of assets to former members
  

Random Fact

Michael was President of West London Law Society in 2007/2008, and remains actively involved. He holds two part-time judicial tribunal appointments, and is a great jazz aficionado.
