Legal Executive: Property
Mark specialises in high value residential property both in London and throughout the UK and works for a broad range of clients. He acts for private individuals, foreign investors and off-shore trusts, banks and developers. Mark has a broad knowledge of residential property law, including leasehold transactions and advising on mortgages and short term letting agreements.
Mark is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.

- Dealing with a large number of property transactions for a developer client which involved travelling to the Far East where the properties were being marketed
- Acting for trust companies in various sale and purchase acquisitions
- Acting on behalf of appointed receivers in the disposal of residential properties
