- Acting for a young trainee Tunnel Miner who suffered major injury to the finger of his right hand (major settlement)
- Acting for an elderly Steel Fixer (near to the end of his career) who suffered major injury to his foot and ankle. He required 7 surgical procedures since the accident. (major settlement)
- Acting for an elderly Grouter (in his first Tunnel Mining contract) who suffered a major injury to his lower leg when a heavy piece of equipment was backed into him in a tunnel below (major settlement)
