Chartered Secretary: Head of Company SecretarialKathy is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and heads up the company secretarial team which operates a dedicated UK company secretarial division providing a broad range of statutory services.

Kathy works on the formation, provision and setting up of all types of companies. She maintains Client Company Statutory Records and deals with the Statutory Compliance of these and provides a Registered Office facility, which includes the maintenance of a Registered Office Notice Board.
- She has been greatly involved in the facilitation and conversion of client data to our data base, the auditing of client statutory books and registers and updating these as required, she has also recently been involved in the formation of 10 companies including a company limited by guarantee in respect of the restructuring of a branch of a client company.
Random Fact
Kathy enjoys watching football, particularly Arsenal FC, shopping and music. Her all time favourite band is the Clash but likes quite a broad range of music.
