Adam specialises in commercial property. Having had a broad training in all aspects of commercial property, Adam focuses mainly on acquisitions, disposals (both freehold and leasehold) and leasehold management work for landlords and well known high street retail operators and restaurant chains including Pizza Hut and Tragus Holdings Limited, the owner of the Café Rouge, Bella Italia and Strada brands.
Adam also undertakes corporate support work on large portfolio disposals and acquisitions.

- Advising the Tragus Group on the real estate elements of the £14.15 million acquisition of Ma Potters Restaurants
- Advising on entrepreneur Leo Caplan’s Canburg Limited on the property aspects of his acquisition of two of the UK’s premier kitchen and furniture businesses - Smallbone of Devizes and Mark Wilkinson Furniture
