FSI are hosting the CBI HR Forum on 24 February 2010.  The meeting will discuss the Single Equality Bill and its implications for business, particularly in terms of the reporting requirements.

The discussion will focus on:-

THE BENEFITS OF A DIVERSIFIED WORKFORCE;

HOW IT CONTRIBUTES TOWARDS THE PERFORMANCE OF AN ORGANISATION; AND

HOW IT SUPPORTS THE HR RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION STRATEGY.
