Neil Long appeared on Andy Townsend and Mike Parry's show on TalkSport Radio commenting on Michael Jackson's estate.  The Jackson estate is going to be very complex and will run for years as future royalties are collected - both from his own work and from the Beatles' back-catalogue.  But most people can and should make a will to prevent problems arising when they die.
