FSI's future, like our brand, is bright.  We undertook a strategic planning process in 2006 involving everyone in the firm through one means or another.  Our strategy is built on the five building blocks featured below. The values and statements are not vastly different to those of many other law firms, the DIFFERENCE is that we focus on action not strategic soundbites and have clear and measurable performance indicators in place.

People

People are what our clients buy - we’re only as good as the people we attract. We recognise that to keep the best people we need to have an environment where they can flourish, where career paths and rewards are clear, achievement is celebrated and choice is available (e.g. flexible working arrangements).

Clients

Our clients come back to us year after year. We need to retain our outstanding client base and build on this - to do this we need to have  high quality people and an outstanding service ethic.  We must never be content with the standard of service we provide and constantly seek out opportunities for innovation and improvement.  Needless to say, we want to encourage more individuals, SMEs and conglomerates to have the ‘FSI experience’.

Culture

The firm’s environment and values attract clients and staff alike. We remain committed to retaining and further developing a culture where innovation and creativity, a friendly and unstuffy atmosphere, work/life balance and confidence are all tangible features.

Profile

For too long we have hidden our light under a bushel - no more! We recognise that we need to be more vocal about our achievements and our firm so that we become better known for each of the areas we excel in - achieving broader recognition for our property and corporate departments is particularly important to us.

Differentiators

What differentiates the firm is our service: we are partner led which means we provide quick incisive advice from experienced practitioners. The fact that our people are also approachable, friendly and non-patronising has also attracted our current clients to us.
